(b. 1978, Gujarat) is a contemporary Indian painter whose work is characterised by a deeply contemplative engagement with nature. His paintings often create expansive, dreamlike environments in which birds, animals, foliage, moonlight, and delicate natural elements appear within restrained and atmospheric landscapes.
Chavda is known for his sophisticated exploration of colour, often selecting a dominant hue and working through its many tonal variations. His layered oil paintings create a sense of depth and stillness, while the sparse presence of birds and animals allows nature itself to become the central subject.
He completed his Diploma in Painting with distinction and an Art Teacher’s Diploma, his paintings offer a space for contemplation, where silence, colour, nature, and light come together in an atmosphere of quiet transcendence.
